Returns with Perfectly Priscilla are easy! Simply click here from a desktop computer to begin the return process and print out your prepaid return label. Make sure to fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip (or click here to print out a new return form) and include it with your return. All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery date posted on USPS website.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not reimbursed. The use of our prepaid return label will result in a $6.50 deduction from your store credit. Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Perfectly Priscilla.
If you believe you have received defective merchandise or that we shipped incorrect merchandise, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order at email@example.com or it cannot be returned - No Exceptions. A photo of the incorrect/defective merchandise must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we’ve reviewed the photos and it has been determined that the item is defective, we will email you a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back and will ship out the correct/new item(s) once we receive your return.
If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our warehouse it will not be accepted. We will not accept any items that have been ripped/torn/come apart at the seam when trying an item on or holes made to items when opening packages with scissors - this is not a manufacturer defect.
ONLINE STORE CREDIT
All returned merchandise is for online store credit only and does not include original shipping costs.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery date provided by USPS with original tags still attached. Items that appear worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, Swimsuits must have the original hygienic liner still attached with no visible signs that it has been removed or it will be ineligible for return.. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or will not be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date posted by USPS, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 15 calendar days of our receipt.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items listed in the Clearance section and/or ending in $.99 are Final Sale and may not be returned. All accessories, jewelry, sunglasses, lingerie sets, panties, tights or similar intimate items are Final Sale and non-returnable.
Any purchase made during a promotional/flash sale may be returned for online store credit only if they meet our regular return criteria, unless indicated during that sale that all purchases are final. Clearance items are still Final Sales.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside original shipping bag or another protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box or attaching tape/shipping labels directly to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs
All accessories, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, socks & scarves are Final Sale and non-returnable.
Styleboxes may be returned for online store credit as long as ALL items from the stylebox are returned and meet our general return guidelines or it will not be accepted.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
All returns are typically processed and online store credit applied within 48 hours of our receipt (excluding weekends & holidays). As soon as it has been processed will notify you via email to the address listed on your account that is associated with this order.
