How do I check my order status?
You may check the status of your order online by clicking on My Account. Simply sign in using the email address you used when creating your Perfectly Priscilla account and enter your password. From there you may update your account settings, check your order status and history, create a Wishlist, and change/update any addresses associated with your account.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). Processing times may run longer in the days following a sale and with standard shipping packages normally arrive within 2-6 business days. You can find more detailed information about shipping here
Can I change or cancel my order?
We do our best to process all orders within 24-48 business hours or less. If you need to make a change to your order please contact us at 229-469-9627 immediately after placing your order and we’d be happy to assist you in making any changes, provided your order has not yet processed. Orders that have begun processing may not be modified or cancelled.
I’m a local customer, can I pick my order up at the warehouse?
Yes, we offer warehouse pickup for our local customers. Just select Warehouse Pick-Up as your shipping option at checkout.

How do I return an item??
It's simple! Just click here to start the return process, print your pre-paid USPS return label and then drop your package off at your local post office. The cost of return shipping is $6.50 and will be deducted from your store credit. You may also choose to use your own label at no additional charge.
Please note all returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date posted on USPS website or they will not be accepted. Clearance items, Hats, Jewelry, Socks, Scarves and Undergarments are not eligible for return. Perfectly Priscilla does not currently reimburse any shipping charges.
Merchandise marked "final sale" is sold "as is" and may not be returned and is not eligible for price adjustment. Merchandise prices ending in $.99 indicate final sale.
How will I know if an item I want is restocked?
Sign up to receive our restock notifications by going to the items page, clicking the size you need and entering your email address. We work hard to restock hot items and will notify you via e-mail if we are able to restock them.
How do I apply Curvy Cash/Store Credit to my order?
Once you’ve logged into your account and added items to your cart click the secure checkout button. At the top of the next screen you’ll see the order summary dropdown, click that and you’ll see the slider bar to select the amount of credit you’d like to use. Click the teal arrow under the bar to apply it to your order and you’ll be good to go.
You cannot use shop pay when using your credit. If it auto prompts you for shop pay and sends you a text code do not enter that, but if you happen to do that, just scroll to the bottom of the shop pay screen and and click checkout as guest, this will bring you back to the regular checkout process where you’ll see the order summary dropdown at the top of the screen. If you get another prompt from shop pay just click the ‘x’ on the box instead of entering the code they sent you. You’ll click that order summary dropdown and you’ll see the slider bar to select the amount of credit you’d like to use. Click the teal arrow under the bar to apply it to your order and you’ll be good to go.
Can I purchase a gift card?

How do I redeem a coupon code/ gift certificate code?
To redeem a coupon code or gift certificate, please enter the code in the appropriate field in your cart or at checkout.
Where is your store located?
You have arrived! We operate online but of course if you are local or just passing by you can stop at our brick & mortar location in downtown Valdosta - 116 N. Patterson St.
Do I have to create an account if I just want to browse products?
It is not necessary to create an account to browse our products. We do require an email address when you choose to place an order so that we may send you transactional confirmations regarding your order. When you create an account or place an order, there is a checkbox for you to select if you DO NOT wish to be contacted by Perfectly Priscilla via email. If selected, we will not send you any promotional messages.
Am I required to sign-in?
Perfectly Priscilla does not require you to create an account or to sign in to complete a purchase on our website. We do strongly recommend creating an account to enjoy all the great benefits, but we also welcome guest shopping. Visit the "My Account" link at the top of any page to sign in.
I forgot my password. What do I do now?
Simply click here, enter the email address you used to create your Perfectly Priscilla account and click submit. You will receive a link to the email address entered to reset your password.
