Plus Size Swimwear

Here at PPB we love fashion- even if it isn't from our boutique!  Today I want to talk about something that I personally dread every year.  Swimsuit shopping!!  Or I should say every year until NOW! With spring break and summer right around the corner I know you are all gearing up for warmer weather!

One of my favorite fellow plus size bloggers GabiFresh has in the past few years ventured out of the realm of consumer and into the realm of designer and has developed a line of swimwear for plus size women.  SwimSexy features fun colors and prints.  There are one and two pieces to choose from and they go up to a size 24!  Did I mention the underwire? EVERY piece has underwire! That is huge for me personally because as a size F I need that support!! The cup sizes do range from D to G as of right now, so if you are a smaller cup size you may have to get it altered slightly.  These suits are so sexy just like the name suggests and there is something for everyone!  The highwaisted bottoms give a retro feel to them as well as giving coverage if you like a little more modesty around your tummy area.

We are hoping to eventually be able to offer plus size swimwear at PPB but until we are we just want to provide you with a few alternative options.  Obviously I am obsessed with GabiFresh's line featured on Swimsuits For All (also check out their #CurvesinBikinis campaign!) but there is always Torrid, Forever 21, H&M, and dozens of other sites that do sell plus size clothing as well as swimwear.  Take the plunge this year and wear something daring!
