Returns

We want you to be in love with each item you purchase from Perfectly Priscilla Boutique. If you aren’t, feel free to use the return form on the back of your packing slip or by clicking here and sending it back to us.  If you have any questions or need assistance, please call us at 229-469-9627 (Monday - Friday 9:00AM EST-5:00PM EST), message us on our Facebook page, or email us at customerservice@perfectlypriscilla.com.

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturer defect we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order at customerservice@perfectlypriscilla.com or it cannot be returned - No Exceptions.  A photo of the incorrect item/manufacturer defect must be included in your email.

Once we’ve reviewed the photos and it has been determined that the item is defective, we will email you a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back and will ship out the correct/new item(s) once we receive your return.

If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our warehouse it will not be accepted. We will not accept any items that have been ripped/torn/come apart at the seam when trying an item on - this is not a manufacturer defect

STORE CREDIT

All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY and does not include original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and we recommend that you send the item(s) back using either USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

Items must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date provided by USPS with ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED. Items that appear worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted. Swimwear must have still have liner attached. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or will not be received by our warehouse within 14 days, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 14 days of our receipt.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All Clearance Items are FINAL Sale. Any promotional/flash sale items may be returned for store credit if they meet the return criteria above unless otherwise indicated during sale.

SHOES

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs

ACCESSORIES

Hats, jewelry, socks & scarves are not returnable.

STYLEBOXES

Styleboxes may be returned for store credit, but ALL items from the stylebox must be returned and meet our general return guidelines or it will not be accepted.
